Vogel Crystal Light Therapy
The crystal light bed has 7 twelve sided Vogel Crystals, each having the colour of the main 7 chakras. The light that flows through is coloured to resonate with each chakra.
The shape of the crystal allows energy to flow through in a focused way. Combining colour and the Vogel quartz allows the energy to be amplified, promoting overall harmony and balance to your energy system.
You are fully clothed on the therapy bed and the crystals are suspended above you. Each crystal is positioned so that the energy from the crystal is directed to the associated chakra.
On your first appointment, we will establish and agree the intention for the therapy, whether this is for deeper relaxation, stress release, intention setting or exploring your creativity and becoming more proactive in creating the life you desire.

This therapy is not suitable for you if you have any of the following:
- A pace maker fitted
- Are having chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- Have a gastric band/ring fitted
- Suffer from epilepsy or are under investigation for epilepsy/seizures
- If you have had surgical treatment in the last two weeks
